Join our dynamic design team as a Front-End Developer! We're looking for a creative individual with expert-level CSS skills, strong HTML knowledge, and solid vanilla JavaScript proficiency to build visually stunning, highly responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front-End Development & Styling – Write clean, maintainable HTML and CSS, using the latest techniques like Flexbox, Grid, animations, and accessibility best practices to create high-quality, cross-browser-compatible web pages. Implement pixel-perfect layouts based on Figma designs while ensuring performance optimization and usability;
Mobile & Responsive Design – Develop fluid, adaptable layouts that work seamlessly across devices, fine-tuning CSS breakpoints and adaptive components for a smooth user experience;
HTML Emails & Email Templates – Code responsive, visually appealing HTML emails that are optimized for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and other email clients, following best practices for deliverability and compatibility;
JavaScript (Vanilla) & UI Enhancements – Implement interactive elements like sliders, modals, and accordions using vanilla JS, optimizing functionality without relying on unnecessary frameworks. Work with basic DOM manipulation, event listeners, and AJAX when needed to enhance front-end interactions;
WordPress Development & Customization – Customize WordPress themes and templates, ensuring seamless integration with Elementor and custom styling. Understand WordPress structure, child themes, and basic PHP modifications to enhance functionality and improve front-end performance;
Figma & Web Design Understanding – Work closely with designers to translate Figma mockups into functional, high-quality code, ensuring design accuracy and usability. Have a solid grasp of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and web aesthetics to refine designs effectively;
Best Practices & Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on CSS advancements, HTML best practices, and web accessibility to maintain high-quality, scalable code. Work collaboratively with designers and developers, ensuring a smooth workflow while maintaining performance and efficiency.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
3+ years of experience in front-end development;
Expert-level CSS skills (Flexbox, Grid, transitions, animations);
Strong proficiency in HTML, mobile-responsive design, and accessibility standards;
Mid-level experience with vanilla JavaScript (ES6+)—no need for heavy frameworks;
Good working knowledge of Figma and ability to translate designs into functional web pages;
Strong understanding of WordPress structure, theme customization, and Elementor;
Solid experience with Git for version control;
Knowledge of PHP frameworks like Zend or Symfony to work on web applications and integrations beyond front-end development;
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail;
Awareness of Web Components (Shadow DOM, Custom Elements, HTML Templates) and their role in modern web development;
A passion for modern, elegant, and performance-driven front-end development;
Experience coding responsive HTML emails optimized for major email clients.
GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE:
Familiarity with Docker or similar containerization tools to streamline local development environments;
Experience with performance optimization (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, minimizing CSS/JS);
Ability to create simple design assets (icons, banners, or minor image edits) using tools like Photoshop or Figma;
Understanding of UX principles to enhance usability and user flows;
Previous experience working with multilingual or accessibility-focused websites;
Familiarity with Elementor alternatives (such as Bricks, Oxygen, or WPBakery) for page building in WordPress.
