Front End Developer

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Front-End Development:
o Deliver high-quality, user-centric software solutions based on agreed-upon requirements
using React, the core framework for our front-end development.
o Design and implement reusable UI components to enhance development efficiency,
consistency, and maintainability.
o Focus on creating intuitive, practical, and visually appealing UI/UX for both internal and
external users of the Orchestra platform.
• Collaboration and Agile Methodologies:
o Participate in daily stand-ups with the Orchestra Software Product team, ensuring
alignment with product goals and development priorities.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end components seamlessly
with backend services.
o Embrace Agile development practices, including iterative planning, reviews, and
retrospectives.
• SDLC and Tooling:
o Utilize Azure DevOps for collaboration, ticket management, and version control as part of
the development lifecycle.
o Support Agile workflows and actively contribute to sprint planning and task estimation.
• Cloud Integration:
o Work with Azure Cloud-hosted environments to optimize the front-end performance and
ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
• Passion and Industry Insight:
o Exhibit a strong passion for front-end development, consistently seeking ways to improve
software quality and user experience.
o Experience or knowledge in the telecom industry, including familiarity with CDR files or
telecom billing systems, is a plus.

 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in React
and modern UI/UX practices.
• Proven ability to design and build reusable components with a focus on maintainability and
scalability.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team
environment.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for ticket management and version control is a strong advantage.
• Experience with cloud-hosted environments, particularly Azure Cloud, is a plus.
• Passion for delivering user-friendly and efficient software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in the telecom industry, particularly with CDR files or telecom billing systems.
• Familiarity with platforms serving both internal and external users.
