The Front End Developer is responsible for the launching of new client integrations as well as building campaigns for our clients, this includes the initial set up and ongoing maintenance of all services. During set up, the Front End Developer will design and code scripts used for integration and build client facing campaigns using our new engine. Maintenance includes patch fixing integrations and reading/rewriting legacy code.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work on our JavaScript platform to help launch new clients and improve current partnerships and toolsets
  • Build client-facing campaigns powered by our machine learning models
  • Reviewing code changes made by others for accuracy prior to deployment
  • Participating in team sync ups

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent job experience)
  • 4+ years experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience in advanced web design principles
  • Understanding of server-side web apps in any language
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be fluent in English and possess advanced written and verbal communication capabilities along with exceptional active listening skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment 

Nice to have:

  • You understand accessibility standards and develop with those in mind
  • Server side technologies, especially Ruby / Ruby on Rails, SQL
  • Working experience with JIRA or other task management system
  • Experience working with Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Integrating with analytics packages such as Google Analytics
  • Proactive, empathetic, team player who is responsive to customer needs and concerns and passionate about problem solving and helping others
