Braintrust is hiring a

Front-End Developer (LATAM / Europe / Africa timezones) [Remote]

ABOUT US:

  • JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
  • LOCATION: Remote - LATAM / Europe / Africa only 
  • HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $30 – $35/hr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term
     

THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

  • You must have +5 years of experience in developing web apps, user-facing features with JavaScript, Node.js, and JS frameworks like React

  • Fluent in HTML, CSS, React

  • Experience writing React native mobile apps'

  • Developed component-based UI frameworks

  • Familiar with new and current best practices and trends in front-end architecture, and performance

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and sales teams

  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain your code

  • English written and verbal communication skills are required.

They're a distributed team. They don't really care where you are. If you like solving customer pain points, helping your team members excel at what they do, and care about quality, you'll fit in.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Build reliable user experiences that are simple, performant, and reliable using frameworks like React, React Native, JavaScript

  • Share ideas to help define the vision and roadmap

  • Mentor and train junior members on design, implementation, and standards

  • Build self-service tools for SME
