Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Assist with training and development of front desk staff -
• Ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

• Maintain accurate financial records and complete reports

Shifts: FULL TIME

Pay: $18-$22 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities - Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service-oriented mindset

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• FOSSE knowledge a plus but NOT required
