Action is seeking a dedicated Full-time Front Desk Attendant to join our team and help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for our homeowners, guests, vendors, and even their furry friends. Perla on Broadway, our luxury homeowner’s association, is located in Downtown Los Angeles.
Compensation: $20.00 -$21.00
Schedule: (Full Time) Monday - Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Saturday, Sunday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist residents and guests with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
Maintain the front desk, lobby, and main elevator areas to ensure a clean and organized appearance.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Monitor building access, sign in and out guests and vendors, and enforce security protocols.
Review vendor insurance and process approvals.
Manage package deliveries, logging and distributing parcels efficiently.
Oversee amenity reservations and service elevator bookings.
Record and report resident violations (e.g., pets off-leash, policy breaches).
Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
Provide concierge-style service, offering information and assistance to residents.
Conduct occasional walkthroughs to ensure common areas are in good condition.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience):
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 2 years of customer service experience is required, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Hospitality Management or Lodging/Hotel Hospitality experience is highly desired.
A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
An upbeat and positive team player with a proactive customer service approach.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
