Your role will involve managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality may be preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role in a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel reservation software.
  • Fluent in English
