Role Overview
As Fresh Food Manager, you will oversee daily operations within the food court, including preparation, service, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will have the chance to bring innovation and efficiency to our food offerings while fostering a customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and inspire your team to consistently deliver excellent service, ensuring all team members are well-trained and motivated.

Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including food preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while ensuring product quality aligns with Corrib Deli’s high standards.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with HACCP legislation and company standards and support Environmental Health Officers and auditors during inspections.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, inventory, and stock control; align department performance with sales targets and cost-efficiency goals.

Customer Focus: Promote Corrib Oil’s Customer Loyalty Programme and ensure a welcoming environment where excellent customer service is the priority.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other department heads to contribute to the smooth operation of the entire store.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Two to three years in a management role within a retail or food environment, ideally within a forecourt setting.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; proficient in Word and Excel.

Adaptability: Availability to work flexible hours, as the Corrib Deli is a 7-day operation.
