Role purpose
As a Talent Partner you provide a first-class recruiting experience to hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues. Delivering the end-to-end recruitment process and focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients is part of your day-to-day job. You partner with hiring managers to understand their requisitions, agree process, and manage expectations and ensure candidates receive an excellent experience, engaging them with the Syngenta brand, function, and opportunities.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role you have demonstrable international experience as a recruitment /talent acquisition partner, ideally gained within a global, highly matrixed organization.
The enthusiastic, proactive colleague we are looking for knows how to recruit in complex, narrow candidate markets across multiple geographies.
You have a deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and you are well versed in various sourcing, headhunting & recruiting methodologies.
You are a strong communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English. If you speak additional languages that is an advantage.
Are you able to influence a broad range of stakeholders? Analyze data and trends and translate them to meaningful insights and think through complex problems and determine solutions?
