French-Speaking - Research Associate – International Voice Calling

Candidate should be willing to work from office (Monday to Friday) in US-EST shift (Night shift) and suitable candidate will be called to office for F2F interview.

POSITION: Research Associate – Quantitative Research 
EXPERIENCE: 2+ Year in international outbound calling
LOCATION: Bangalore
LANGUAGE (Fluent): French Language 

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruiting healthcare professionals to participate in online MR surveys as well as for panel recruitment.
  • Coordinate with project owners, provide daily updates and consistently deliver as per the set targets and timelines for each data collection projects.
  • Cold calling and lead generation.
  • Follow-up and reminder calls.
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with respondent.
  • Online mining and desk research.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:

  • Very good cold-caller with strong convincing and soft skills. Soft skill trained resources from sales processes are preferred.
  • Should be willing to work in target orientated environment with stringent timelines. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize task independently based on targets & timelines.
  • Neutral accent with no MTI/local influence.
  • Experience in lead generation and awareness of standard rebuttals to pass the gatekeepers.
  • Proactive & spontaneous thinker and can change pitch of the call to achieve results.
  • Ability to mine contact information from free online sources.
  • Should have the ability to comprehend survey screener logic.
  • Proficient in using MS excel & word.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Any Graduate/Under-Graduate (minimum 12th pass)

  • Work timing: Indian Night Shift (US EST hours)
