Your Responsibilities
- Advise and support French-speaking clients as they navigate our AI solutions.
- Identify client needs and provide customized AI recommendations.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions.
- Accurately document client requests and feedback in our CRM system.
- Participate in internal training sessions regarding the latest AI product developments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in consultancy or a support role is preferred.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and technological advancements.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on client service.
- An analytical mindset for effective problem-solving.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
