Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels including in-person, phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-ups.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and support them during the onboarding process.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Engage in continuous training to remain informed about our products and customer support techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
