We are looking for one or more experienced digital marketing professionals to provide parental leave coverage for our team in April 2025. This role is ideal for freelancers with expertise in digital strategy, new business development, SEO, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
Digital Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with client goals.
New Business Strategy – Support pitches, proposals, and strategic recommendations for new opportunities.
SEO – Optimize website content, keyword strategy, and technical SEO elements.
Paid Social – Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Programmatic Advertising – Oversee programmatic ad buys, performance tracking, and optimization.
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid social, and/or programmatic advertising.
Comfortable working independently and stepping into an interim role for a defined period.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaign performance.
Experience with clients in finance or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
Able to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to existing processes.

Part-time or project-based, depending on expertise and workload needs.
