PRISM+ is a Singapore-based consumer electronic brand company selling consumer electronics such as TV’s and gaming monitors.
Being part of PRISM+’s elite team of customer service professionals entails an excellent problem solving, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
As the face of the company, the customer service officer will be working with various teams to cater to the needs of our customers by answering queries or provide support as deemed necessary.
The role also requires relaying constant feedback from the customers to the appropriate teams to enhance the overall customer experience. This, in turn, encourages a good teamwork spirit to maintain a positive and harmonious working environment in line with the company’s culture.
Customer service officers are expected to be self-motivated and able to maintain a positive attitude to provide excellent customer care and convert them into advocates for the brand in the long run.
Consequently, various high-level skills relevant to the role will be acquired, which can open up more opportunities in the future.

PRISM+ has also expanded to new markets in Malaysia and Australia. PRISM+ is rapidly expanding in 2022 with new overseas expansions and product line-ups.
