The Team Leader of Fraud and Abuse Prevention team will play a pivotal role in guiding the team as both a process and business expert. This position serves as the primary point of contact for complex situations involving customers and leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective issue resolution.

What you will do:

  • Support & Lead: Help with team tasks and provide first-level support for questions and issues.
  • Decision-Making: Make informed decisions about customer accounts, balancing risk and authority in complex situations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Understand all team duties and offer guidance as needed.
  • Training: Provide training and coaching to team members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance, spotting trends in fraud prevention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Look for ways to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.

What we expect:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience supporting a financial crime/fraud investigations team, with expertise in subject matter. An interest in cyber security issues is an advantage. 
  • Team Management: Experience managing an operational team and reporting management information.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, able to manage assignments with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to use positive communication techniques to resolve conflicts, both orally and in writing.
  • Initiative: Ability to take initiative, make decisions within authority, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Training Skills: Capable of delivering effective training to team members.
  • Native written, and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian, and based in Lithuania.
  • C1 written, and spoken proficiency in English.
