FP&A Manager

Trint are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team, who will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making and highlighting opportunities and risks. The position is a mix of FP&A, Commercial Finance and Finance Business Partnering.

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic
● Support the Finance Director in communicating financial strategy and recommended changes to Senior Leadership Team.
● Support and contribute to the production of the annual 3-year business plan.
● Provide the Board and SLT with relevant and timely information to enable it to assess performance against strategy and objectives.

Reporting & Analysis
● Track and monitor the progress of monthly/quarterly/annual financial performance against key targets and outcomes.
● Analyse competitor and benchmarked data to provide insight for decision-making.
● Work with the Data team to ensure data integrity in Omni and produce information for decision-making.

Modelling & Forecasting
● Delivery of the annual financial forecasting processes
● Creation and distribution of monthly departmental forecast packs to budget holders
● Creation of monthly consolidated rolling financial forecasts to be used by the Senior Leadership Team
● Ensure the integrity of financial models and projections
● Accountability for forecast accuracy
● Development of ad hoc financial models and analysis to assist strategic initiatives
and business cases
● Lead the financial modelling of significant business change proposals/plans
● Lead scenario modelling to assess risks and aid decision-making

Other
● Proactively contribute to plans and priorities for the Finance department
● Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed with the Finance Director

Role Requirements:

● Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA with 3-4+ years of prior experience
● Proficient with Excel, able to build and modify detailed financial models
● Previous experience working for a SAAS or product focused business desirable
● Highly analytical and detail-oriented. Natural problem-solver
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills
● Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills. Able to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders
