FP&A Manager

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager/Senior Manager who can support the strategic and financial planning function within FP&A team. Immediate projects may include enhancing the forecast model which will be the cornerstone for the company’s planning and forecasting processes. This role will also help evaluate key business opportunities for ROI, standardize KPIs and streamline FP&A processes. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain bottom-up forecasting models (I/S, B/S, CFS) with a focus on forecast accuracy and adaptability to changing business dynamics
• Support end-to-end planning and execution of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly/monthly forecasts, LRP)
• Be a thought partner to company’s leadership team to provide actionable business insights and recommendations on strategic corporate initiatives based upon financial analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine key metrics (including SaaS metrics) and track their performance
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support as required

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting/statistics/computer science or other related field; Master’s Degree desirable.
• 8-10 years of experience in Finance – minimum 5 years in FP&A
• Technology company background is required. SaaS experience preferred
• Experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus
• Experience in corporate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting 
• Hands-on experience in building financial forecast models on the 3 major financial statements (I/S, B/S, CFS)
• Advanced Excel User (Advanced formula, Pivot table, Power Pivot)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player
• Well organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritize under fast paced environment
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and SFDC is strongly preferred
