We are looking for our first Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help us reach the next level! You will hold a key position within the company by managing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes.Reporting to our CFO, you will have the view of the complete Photoroom P&L from Revenue generation metrics to net result and subsequent impact on our cash position.
💰 €70-90k* + Stock-Options/BSPCE
🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe within a 3-hour flight from Paris (HQ) and come to our office once a month (fully reimbursed) or more often. This ensures effective collaboration and supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (10k€ relocation package) in France, including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.

✨ About the role ✨
You will lead and coordinate the monthly financial closing/reporting process
Work with the accounting team and ensure robust and standardized financial reporting, continuously improving monthly reporting processes
Help prepare monthly financial packages to be shared internally and with the shareholders
You will lead and coordinate the quarterly and yearly financial closing
Help prepare quarterly and yearly financial closing, ensuring reconciliation between statutory and management accounting
Analyse company performance to help define priorities and concrete action plans
Lead the planning and forecasting processes
Define yearly and multi-year financial planning processes and timelines
Make sure every stakeholder has access to and can interpret the right data and performance indicators, communicate the outputs internally and externally
Keep on improving the financial performance and be a key business partner to help drive the business
Perform gap analysis vs. plans/reforecasts, and develop recommendations to the business executives
Realize ad-hoc strategic analyses in coordination with the Photoroom's business leaders
✨ About you ✨
Up to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Transaction Services, Controlling or Management Consulting
You excel in financial modeling and data analytics, using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to deliver actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
You are very organized and can prioritize tasks and get things done
You have good stakeholder management, communication skills, and written & oral presentation
You are a self-starter, a fast learner, and impact-driven
You have an analytical mind and run analysis to understand financial data
You are fluent in English
