That's where you come in! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, providing key insights and recommendations to drive the company's financial performance and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the executive team and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide insightful analysis and trend forecasts to support management decision-making and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assist in strategic planning and evaluation of business initiatives.
- Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Assist in the preparation of board and investor presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management and analysis.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an FP&A Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic recommendations based on data insights
- Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry is preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
