FP&A Lead - 6 months fixed-term - m/f/d

We are currently looking for a passionate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to join our FP&A team.

The team is in charge of elaborating and monitoring the Budget/Forecast, assessing operational projects from a Finance and Strategic perspective, analyzing Deezer's performance, and supporting functional teams in their various projects as Business Partners.

What you will do: 

  • Budget/Forecast/Deals as Business Partner
    • Work on yearly forecasting efforts (guidance, process, Business Review presentation…)
    • Full support of Partnerships division (SPM & BD Managers, Directors & VPs, CCO…), update and maintain business plan, etc.
    • Strategic input to secure B2B contribution margins during deal renewals / new offers
  • Monthly reporting and closing
    • Contribute to the monthly accounting closing (Partnerships Revenues, Channel Marketing Costs, etc.)
    • Monitor month-end financial reports
    • Approve and monitor perimeter expenses, B2B partners reports, cash issues
  • Ad hoc studies and other projects
    • Lead on B2B Transfo project
    • Provide any ad-hoc analysis, track operational KPIs and support business partners and main stakeholders
    • Work closely with our Finance Data Manager to manage our IT Financial System

This role is excellent for a person with:

  • Master's degree, ideally specialized in Finance

  • At least 3 years experience in Audit or FP&A in consulting or corporate

  • Strong project management skills, well-organized with the ability to manage priorities and interact with third parties and cross-functional teams internally

  • Excel and PowerPoint mastering, as well as proven problem-solving ability and analytical mind-set

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French, ability to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions

  • Experience working on a commercial scope and/or on subscription based business models is a plus!
