The Role:

As a FP&A Intern you will assist with several projects including NetSuite to Anaplan reconciliation, T&E reporting, AOP template preparation and commissions calculations. This internship is based in our NYC office and the successful candidate will work 20 hours per week.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including budget vs. actual performance and variance analysis
  • Calculate and analyze sales commissions, assist with system implementation and plan design
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing presentations for management
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and reporting tools
  • Participate in ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and projects

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting financial data and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools is a plus
  • Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
  • Availability to work part-time year-round on a regular schedule

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
