We are searching for: FP&A Analyst
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the US finance team in analyzing, forecasting, and enhancing financial performance.
- Support financial close processes, including month-end and year-end activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales, variable costs, and base costs across multiple countries to gain a comprehensive understanding of revenue generation and expenditure.
- Collaborate with departments such as Operations and Marketing to identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular KPI reports to provide clear insights into business performance.
- Act as a Business Partner to the US business, offering financial insights and guidance.
- Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business
- 2-3 years of relevant practical experience (including internships)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis tools like Looker or Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be a plus)
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and function in larger teams
- Positive go-getter attitude and a mindset towards continuous improvement
- Fluent in English

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 USD
