General Summary:

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for preparing financial forecasting models, building, and maintaining reoccurring reports for operations. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to assist with budget and strategic plan preparation for functional leaders in the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support cross-functionally, with a high attention to detail
  • · Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • · May influence others within the Finance team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
  • · Analyzes company financials monthly, researches and explains material variances
  • · Assists with preparation and maintenance of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans
  • · Assists with preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for the board of directors
  • · Automates and improves recurring tasks where feasible
  • · Develops new and innovative solutions to complex problems
  • · Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Revenue and Expense metrics

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
  • · Practical knowledge of applicable work area
  • · Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements
  • · Ability to work well under pressure and confidently interact with executive leadership daily
  • · Excellent modeling skills and detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • · High degree of organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
  • · 3+ years of related experience
  • · Preferred: MBA

Working Conditio

  • · Remote or hybrid depending on location
  • · 0-10% travel may be required
