What you'll do:
- Support Founders and Chief of Staff of Zowie in a variety of day-to-day tasks
- Manage cross-department projects and ensure that things get done
- Assist company-wide planning (OKRs) and other strategic initiatives
- Contribute to research and analysis projects for the Founders’ Office (market, competition, fundraising, scaling the organization)
- Prepare documents, presentations, and design processes
- Cooperate with external service providers and internal stakeholders
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment (e.g. successful startup/scaleup, consulting)
- High degree of ownership, ability to drive things from beginning to end
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written), additional languages considered a plus
- Fast learner and a highly organized individual
- Interest in a startup ecosystem and desire to build things
