Successful candidate must be available weekday evenings.
Job Description.
- Line Cooking, fresh burgers, chicken, selection of fish and cooking chips to order.
- Greet customers with a positive attitude.
- Maintain required records including food production, inventory, income/expense.
- Responsible for product ordering and inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Follows all HACCP food service guidelines.
- Handle cash and balance sales
- Ensure food equipment is properly maintained (food truck) including coolers, ovens, fryers, prep tables and cookware. Ensures repairs are completed as necessary.
- Responds to customer preferences and complaints.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the food truck and ensure to follow proper sanitation procedures.
- Maintains gasoline and propane fill levels.
