You will be responsible for a positive experience for our guests by leading and coaching the service teams and for securing a great experience by developing an attractive and sustainable beverages range according to our guidelines. Responsible of securing the service level and taste of the range at all our different units, always delivering to our high-quality standard. Contribute to an attractive event and catering offer, both for internal and external customers. Managing close cooperation with all parts of the food unit to constantly ensure that the unit contributes to Älmhult as a destination on behalf of IKEA Älmhult AB.
Your responsibilities will include:
As a Food Service Manager, you will be passionate about our vision to create a better everyday life for the many people and share IKEA Key values and act accordingly. Demonstrate genuine interest of food, beverages, and trends. Having a flexible everyday with focus on problem solving and high quality and deliver result.
