JOB SUMMARY:
The Food and Beverage Coordinator at Christ Fellowship Church gets to create the optimal environment for people to come and enjoy our cafe area. Not only does this role lead in creating the space for enjoying food and beverage, but also gets to build up and lead the team of volunteers who will be helping lead this environment.
JOB DUTIES:
- In order to have consistent quality it is the highest intentionality to not only build and schedule the volunteer team, but create an atmosphere of relationships that always cultivates food and beverage skills, customer service skills, leadership skills, and spiritual growth.
- Ensure that cafe services during the week and during weekend services are delivered on time, every time, with a high degree of excellence in both quality and presentation.
- Assist in the review, research and management of continually changing menus, snacks and supplies as demands fluctuate. Maintain food and equipment inventories with clear and detailed records.
- Assist in maintaining clean and sanitary conditions with proper storage of products and food. Assist in managing equipment maintenance and repairs in coordination with our Retail Operations Manager
- Assist in monitoring and implementing compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving, as well as standards for performance and service i.e. opening and closing procedures etc.
- Execute Gardens campus free coffee program, Get there First Pizza initiative, Assist in other campus specific food and beverage initiatives.

High School Diploma
CERTIFICATES OR LICENSES:
ServeSafe Certification
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years Food and Beverage / Retail / Customer Service
