Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision? We’re looking for someone to take the helm of our high-speed Gietz Foil/Embossing press! You'll play a key role in turning ordinary materials into dazzling products, all while keeping your workspace clean and organized. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love learning new things, this role is for you!

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Press Pro: Take charge of setting up the foil, adjusting heat settings, and working with cool product dies to bring projects to life.
• Quality Guru: Inspect foiled sheets, make adjustments, and ensure everything’s running smoothly on your watch.
• Handy Hero: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to keep the press in top shape. Basic troubleshooting? No problem!
• Team Player: Help out with other bindery tasks like cutting and collating as needed.
• Organizer Extraordinaire: Keep your workspace spotless and help with inventory and supply management.
• Trainer in the Making: Share your expertise by assisting in training others as you grow in the role.
• Flexibility Superstar: Take on additional duties as they come—there’s always something new to learn!

What You Bring to the Table

• A love for hands-on work and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 60 pounds (stay active, stay strong!).
• A commitment to keeping things running efficiently and smoothly.
