Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations particularly in Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing area
Extensive experience in customer engagement at all levels
Previous experience as a Support Consultant
A friendly and customer focused attitude with a passion for excellence, quality and customer care
Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as peers and developers across the product teams.
