What You Will Do:
- Create and manage engaging social media content to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms;
- Collaborate with other companies to organize and produce joint podcasts, building strong relationships for co-marketing initiatives;
- Research and identify industry conferences that align with our company’s goals and ensure proper representation at these events;
- Write and edit high-quality content for social media, blogs, and public relations campaigns, ensuring clarity and brand consistency;
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, providing insights to improve our online presence and reach;
- Work closely with the internal team to align social media and PR strategies with overall business objectives.
What You Need:
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing skills (B2 level or higher);
- 2+ years of experience in SMM, PR, or similar roles, preferably in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry;
- Experience with B2B marketing, preferably within the US and EU markets;
- Proven track record in creating and managing social media campaigns;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, SaaS, or tech industries, with the ability to write engaging content;
- Experience working with content creation tools and social media management platforms;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in organizing and promoting podcasts or webinars;
- Good sense of humor 🙂
