What you will do:
- Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms;
- Conduct meetings with clients;
- Handle email correspondence with the prospects;
- Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs;
- Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities;
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management;
- Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development is a must;
- Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar;
- Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market;
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking);
- Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
- Have successful closed deals;
- Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner;
- Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts;
- Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively.
