About the Role
 
The Fleet Support Specialist, based out of our London City - Monument office, is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the fleet management team in ensuring the smooth operation, procurement, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's fleet of vehicles. This role encompasses a variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to technical support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration and licensing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies, procedures, and guidelines. 
  • Coordinate vehicle procurement, including researching options, obtaining quotes, and managing purchasing processes. 
  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs for fleet vehicles.
  • Utilise fleet management software or databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet information. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing fleet operations, including vehicle safety and emissions requirements. 
  • Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Stay abreast of changes in regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in fleet management, automotive service coordination, or related field.
  • Knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using fleet management software or databases. 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 
  • Experience in PCN’s and Speeding fines process (highly desirable)
