Voyago is hiring a Fleet Administrator in the Etobicoke Area!
Your Role
You will be reporting to the Fleet Manager - the Fleet Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of all administrative tasks surrounding fleet maintenance, coordinating warranty processes and operational support.
Primary Responsibilities
Fleet Support
- You will advise and assist regarding CMMS (SME)
- You will identify and implement process efficiencies
- You will resolve various internal and external issues to the company’s advantage
- You will maintain Policies & Procedures manuals
- You will maintain Fleet Services process manuals
- You will complete other duties as assigned by Fleet Manager
Administrative
- You will advise, assist and back up Fleet Clerk as required
- You will create and maintain asset, inventory, personnel and vendor files in CMMS; Create physical files as required
- You will process asset commissioning and change forms
- You will monitor campaign and recall (Work Pending) progression
Reporting
- You will maintain KPI, Cost Recovery, Unit Master, OOS, Inventory Valuation, Pending Unit, Mechanic Productivity, SRT and Fuel reports as required
- You will complete regular regional inventory reviews for relevance, stock level and usage (Turns)
- You will oversee month end closing procedure
- You will create unique reports as requested
Facility
- You will advise, assist and back up Fleet Manager as required
- You will monitor facility contractors when on site
Warranty
- You will process warranty claims for all fleet divisions
- You will assist Fleet Managers from all divisions with warranty related issues
- You will collect data from technicians, communicate with vendors, track parts and assess warranty coverage limits
Procurement
- You will advise, assist and back up Supply and Services Coordinator as required
- You will negotiate and maintain supply chain contracts to the company’s advantage
- You will market test supply chain contracts
- You will maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors
Requirements
Your Profile
- You have completed secondary school or equivalent
- Your post-secondary or vocational specific training is an asset
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- You are computer literate in MS Office
- You possess a Clean Criminal record
- You have a minimum full G Ontario Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
