Fleet Acquisition Leader

elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery startup based in Egypt that serves over 1 Million monthly users. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help people discover and order the food they will love.

We are currently hiring a Fleet Acquisition Leader, we are looking for people who are passionate, proactive, data-driven with a can-do attitude, and hungry for the next challenge. You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help deliver excellence in operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing acquisition team and reporting team performance.
• Responsible for the acquisition, onboarding, and training of fleet providers.
• Creating strategies of acquisition (acquisition bonus campaign-referrals-digital.
• Responsible for 1p project.
• Managing and handling fleet aggregators.
• Monitoring performance and quality of providers (offices scorecards, handling fleet providers retention)
• Setting a pricing scheme for providers.
• Guardian of driver economics.
