Role Description
The role is to provide administrative support the CLO Trading Desk. Working closely with the front office you will be involved in data reconciliation, interfacing with Operations onboarding teams as well as various other trade support and administrative functions.
Your responsibilities will include and not limited to the following;
- Work as a team member within the Fixed Income Operations team providing coverage to the CLO desk
- Project management administration services, including but not limited to deal expense collection, invoicing, arrangements with service providers, preparing data submissions and liaising with external parties
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all CLO activity with relevant portfolio reporting
- Interfacing between Clients, onboarding teams and other key stakeholders
- Proactively engage and develop relationships with Trading and Operations teams who are stakeholders in daily processes
- Regularly review procedures, processes, controls and checklists to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory framework
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and log for prioritization and remediation in the Fixed Income Ops book of work
- Be part of the resolution of complex outstanding items, business issues and rectify anomalies
- Maintain technical capability for the job, keeping abreast of market and industry developments.
Full and detailed training will be provided.
