Role and responsibilities

  • Main responsibility will be working with clients to onboard them into our FIX trading platform and provide ongoing support to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with clients as well as the Trading Desk to understand their FIX onboarding requirements and configure FIX settings to meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FIX connectivity, Onboarding, and working with Internal as well as External teams if required.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that FIX onboarding and Production support are in line with the Business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of Client Onboarding and production support activities and update knowledge base/wiki on a regular basis.
  • Work with external software vendors that have integrated with our systems, or vice versa
  • Coordinate the release of new applications and FIX configurations and enhancements with external clients
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Min 3 years’ experience working with FIX protocols with deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with ability to strong relationship with clients and internal stake holders.
  • Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to details and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.

The salary range for this role is US$75,000 - US$100,000
