Your job is to provide essential cleaning support to ensure our amenities in the fitness center are well stocked. You’ll wash towels and then fold and restock them. You’ll oversee facility and locker room upkeep, provide membership support and answer inquiries to ensure a five-star experience for those who use this gym.
The Legacy You’ll Leave:
As a result of your time in this role, you brought daily joy to hundreds of people who worked out at Peak Fitness Center. Your legacy brought wellness and peak performance to the masses and turned their office building into somewhere they were excited to show up every day.
What You’re Responsible For:
-
Amenity Stocking and Laundry: Manage the day-to-day upkeep of the fitness center, primarily laundering, folding, and restocking towels. You’ll take frequent elevator trips from the 70th floor to the basement to ensure laundry is consistently tended to. You’ll also perform regular locker room checks to ensure all towels and other amenities, like shampoo, body wash, and razors, are well stocked and organized.
-
Five-Star Welcome Experience: Support the on-site Fitness Manager and Assistant Fitness Manager in providing the highest customer service to members and prospective members. You’ll fill in with managing the front desk and greeting the tenants who use this corporate gym. You’ll also oversee upkeep of special touches like our spa-style signature fruit-infused water. Assist with various opening procedures, such as powering on the lights and TVs and ensuring equipment is in order.
-
Facility Upkeep and Maintenance: Proactively monitor the facility for any maintenance issues, such as out of order equipment or broken lockers, to ensure a seamless member experience. This may include reporting issues to the Fitness Manager when work orders need to be submitted, or contacting building maintenance by phone for urgent needs.
