Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for integration and implementation with multiple domestic pick up service providers, establishment of SOP and SLAs, ensure the service providers can provide high quality services according to company goals. 
  • Streamline operations management to ensure smooth handover process between factories and first mile pick up, domestic hub consolidation, until bonded warehouse stock-in completion. 
  • Closely monitor and ensure accurate ASNs pre-notice and precise quantity and weight checking during handovers with necessary mapping of PO details, shipment ID, etc.
  • Keep track bonded warehouse inbound/outbound management, promptly deal with any shipping delays or abnormal issues. Enhance the efficiency of first mile and warehouse processes, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
  • Facilitate the collaboration across departments to ensure the timely completion of all tasks.
  • Collect and compile various data, perform analysis, and provide well-reasoned suggestions for improvement.
  • Formulate and execute logistics plans in accordance with business demands and processes.

Qualification

  • Candidates with 5+ years of working experience in logistics or supply chain industry, and familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics operations. 
  • Bachelor's degree or above and proficient in English reading, writing and communication.
  • Good and effective business negotiation and supplier management.
  • Outstanding communication and team coordination abilities, capable of coordinating internal and external departments to advance projects.  Strong communication skills, with excellent result orientation and stress resistance.
  • Excellent in data analysis, with the ability to write data analysis reports and the capability to conceptualize data visualization
