Event Coordinator for our Copenhagen office

We are now looking for a full-time First Impression Event Coordinator to join our Copenhagen office. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. The Role
We are looking for the office’s second First Impression professional. The person’s main focus being creating and executing events for our colleagues, and we are therefore looking for a person who has an exceptional sense of service, high ambitions, and drive who will work with a strong focus on supporting our colleagues in making memorable events. You will be part of the First Impression team, conveying a professional and positive first impression. This applies to meeting in person, as well as via email and telephone.
Task
· Having full responsibility for events at Netlight’s Copenhagen office
· Being responsible for food orders and everyday workshops and client meetings
· Managing the office to make sure it’s a pleasant workspace
· Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in the reception
· Supporting Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters
· Sustainability and environmental work
· Cooperation with our operations team
· Support Netlight’s core business

Requirements
. Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English
. Excellent communication and people skills
. Unpretentious and a humble team player
. Curious and resourceful mindset
. Attention to detail and great organizational skills
Qualifications
. Experience in customer service and/or events
. Experience within reception
. Computer skills including Microsoft Office
