Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to technicians and inside service staff.
- Ensure technicians and support staff are trained on compliance, procedures and expectations;
- Conduct site visits to assist, train and audit technicians
- Review technicians’ submitted reports and documents for regulatory and company expectations compliance
- Manage workflow expectations both internally with staff and externally with customers
- Inspect technicians' vehicles periodically and ensure they are being properly maintained.
- Ensure technicians are scheduled and working effectively to achieve revenue and margin targets approved by management.
- Develop great working relationships with all company personnel as needed.
- Provide leadership and support in maintaining EH&S policies, documentation along with conducting audits and training.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry
- CFAA / ASTT Certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Provincial codes and referenced Standards including the Fire and Building codes, CSA, CAN/ULC and NFPA standards
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in building systems, electronic technology, or equivalent knowledge/work experience an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Edwards Fire Products including EST panels preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Must have a valid provincial driver’s license with a good driving record
- Previous supervisory experience in a unionized environment is an asset

Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 annually
