About the Role

If you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor/Master’s in computer science, information technology, business administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or Accounting, and you are looking for your first opportunity to kick-start your career in a global company with dynamic and collaborative environment, Fioneer has an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Young Expert, you don’t need prior experience, and you don’t even have to decide what role you want to work on right now, you will start a learning journey that will take you to what you are best suited for. You will start with an exhaustive training covering all our solutions and roles, then you will collaborate closely with our experienced team of consultants to learn on-the-job in the role you were assigned, based on your skills and preferences, to finally start contributing as a consultant in our current implementation projects. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, is tech-savvy, and is ready to take on new challenges.

This role can be based in any city of Mexico as it is a hybrid-work format, remote mostly but requiring on-site presence occasionally for internal meetings or trainings in our headquarters in Mexico City.

Additionally, some of our customers are outside of Mexico, in some countries in Latin America, and therefore, short trips to visit these customers might be required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Topic Expertise

• No specific expertise is required but knowledge in programming languages, web development, cloud computing, financial products or accounting is an advantage.
• Even if you have no experience, it is required that you are interested in the financial services industry and be willing to upscale your knowledge in the accounting for banking area.

Skills required:

• English proficient level, written and verbal is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive attitude for remote work
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
