About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will join our customer support team to provide essential assistance to our clients. This entry-level position offers on-the-job learning experience, including buddy and coaching programs, to develop your skills in incident management, business analysis, customer management, incident monitoring and incident resolution.

Requirements

-            Bachelor/Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

 

-            Strong problem-solving and communication skills

 

-            Proactive attitude for remote work and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

 

-            Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

 

-            Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
