Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring consistent, prompt, and accurate support.
- Analyze customer data to proactively reach out and improve customer experiences and outcomes throughout their journey.
- Apply project management skills to brainstorm and implement strategies that enhance overall customer success.
- Promote the value and benefits of our services, and up-sell or cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Work across teams to represent the customer's voice to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build strong partnerships and effectively manage relationships to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Finnish.
- Advanced English skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in managing expectations and de-escalating challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens.
- Valid EU Passport.
