ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Financial Systems Analyst to join the Strategy & Analysis! Individual reports to Manager, Strategy & Analysis. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Systems Analyst with a focus on automation will play a crucial role in enabling strategic data-driven decision-making by providing valuable data and insights to the business through data analysis, process improvement, and automation. You will be joining a small group of talented analysts, within the greater Finance organization, focused on process improvement and automation. We aim to give back time, currently lost to repetitive and unnecessary tasks, for more crucial high-value activities. You will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau, along with your obsession to connect with and help those around you to support and enhance our business strategies.
You will help identify and reduce costs and redundancy through a focus on process automation and system integration. The team will work with the business to improve existing processes or be consulted for new processes. We make strategic recommendations to the business to help them meet or exceed our company goals.
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide critical insights, analysis, and recommendations that will influence our business strategies and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will grow over time but will start focused in four main categories:

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
