This newly created role, reporting to the Domain Technical Owner for Enterprise Applications, is part of our internal Dynamics 365 F&O engineering team. You will be responsible for the technical ownership of Dynamics 365 F&O and connected financial systems within the Corporate Systems Tribe in Sportradar Engineering. The Corporate Systems Tribe supports key strategic initiatives within Finance systems, connecting with every area of Sportradar’s business to support the growth and utilization of applications across the organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Dynamics 365 F&O Expert will work closely with the finance department to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, the internal Dynamics 365 F&O team, and third-party providers to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented and thoroughly tested in the system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions with a focus on finance.

This role involves technical management of the applications, permission management, and providing operational support. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing various compliance controls.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Manage various financial enterprise systems, including Dynamics 365 F&O, OneStream, and Kyriba, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Advise finance departments on best practices and approaches to meet their requirements.
• Proactively suggest improvements for existing processes.
• Perform compliance controls for relevant finance applications.
• Oversee maintenance and access management for the applications.
• Provide technical support to financial teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, such as finance and supply chain.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Familiarity with integration tools and data migration techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• General IT administration experience.
• Comfortable working with non-technical colleagues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Interest in learning new applications and environments.
• Willing to travel and collaborate with colleagues in other Sportradar offices.
