We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for Commencis's overall financial reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, internal financial controls and executive reporting of company financial performance.
Financial Reporting Specialist will participate in assessing organizational and business performance against long-term strategy and play a key role in the future growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS; providing complete, accurate and timely documentation
- Calculating monthly revenue accruals and preparing related reports
- Preparing monthly utilization reports based on project efforts.
- Tracking project / account / business profitability
- Participating in finance and accounting processes and cash flow management
- Provide information to financial auditors and perform standard internal audits of various accounting records
- Providing ad-hoc reports to the management and shareholders
- Familiar with Technology Development Zones Law (Teknokent), R&D Center Law and Government Grants (Teydeb, Kosgeb)
- Preparation and control of the reports demanded by TUİK (Turkish Statistical Institute)
- Preparation and control of the reports demanded by Development Zones (Teknokent) and the Minister of Industry and Technology for R&D Center
- Managing relations with banks, legal advisors, Company's public accountant and audit firms.
Requirements:
- A relevant university degree from a reputable university, master’s in finance or an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in similar roles, -with 1-2 years financial audit experience being an asset
- Very strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines with good time management skills
- Excellent command of English
- Strong computer skills required, advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., macros, pivot tables, etc.) is a must
