This role will see you providing best in class financial information to support the Statutory reporting team in compliance matters.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Provide information to our external and external tax advisors to support the preparation of our tax returns, including transfer pricing
- Prepare information and support our internal and external auditors
- Prepare VAT returns
- Complete and test internal compliance checks.
- Work within the financial accountant team – act as a mentor and coach to junior members
What we would like you to bring to the role:
- Ideally you will be a qualified financial accountant – ACA/ACCA
- Have strong technical accounting skills from working in Practice or Industry
- Experience with IFRS and US GAAP, with a detailed working knowledge of tax
- Experience of audit preparation
- Have strong systems skills including Excel
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- The ability to challenge and continuously improve
- The ability to thrive under pressure
