As an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading our forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis processes, in addition to supporting the broader strategic direction of the business through business analyses. The FP&A Manager will oversee both internal and external financial reporting, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to required reporting timelines. This position will require a proven and experienced highly-motivated leader with strong leadership, communication and cross-functional management skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and administration, partnering with leaders across the business to evaluate investment and resourcing needs to support the growth of the business
  • Manage budget adjustments and reallocations, maintaining control over budgetary changes
  • Develop and manage rolling forecasts, updating financial projections based on current data
  • Analyze, track and report historical financial performance relative to targets
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Participate in monthly operations meetings and contribute to discussions on business strategy and performance
  • Lead or assist in the creation of ad hoc analyses across various business areas, including, but not limited to, sales and marketing, fulfillment operations and supply chain
  • Help prepare and analyze business cases in support of new investment, strategic, and other business decisions
  • Construct models for long term forecasts, ROI analyses, and initiative tracking
  • Support the accounting team with expense analysis and control
  • Lead development and production of monthly, quarterly and Board reporting packages
  • Establish rigorous processes and controls to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of financial information
  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of financial planning systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor team, providing guidance and support in their professional development
  • Other duties as required

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., Accounting, Finance, etc) or relevant and proven experience
  • Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA a plus
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within an FP&A leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Finance concepts and US GAAP
  • Experience with financial planning tools
  • Superior Excel modeling skills and experience with large data sets
  • Ability to troubleshoot data challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and communicate key findings from complex analysis
  • Strong attention to detail
