Position Summary - Join us!

The Intern with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team works on determining the right spend at the right time for our start-up airline. They will be involved with foundational programs and projects that will be the base upon which the airline will be built. As part of the FP&A team, they will get a view into how the organization comes together to get Breeze off the ground.

Here's what you'll do

  • Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts from a project level to corporate
  • Build processes and procedures for proper analyses
  • Create ad-hoc analyses for operational, commercial, and administrative projects
  • Develop dashboards and metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Engage with other departments to identify opportunities to save money or avoid costs
  • Find ways to develop cross-departmental relationships
  • Generate standard monthly reports
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the senior executive team
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0-2 years working experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Finance
  • Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field from an accredited university
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success

Skills/Talents

  • Collaborates across the organization to ensure alignment of stakeholder needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Practices extreme ownership and transparency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exemplifies Breeze’s safety culture, values, and mission
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization
