As Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will be the strategic finance partner for growth at PayMongo. You will be responsible for providing the senior management team a thorough and insightful analysis of the company’s financials to support the business' strategic decision-making and attainment of Company’s objectives.
You will
- Work in close collaboration with department heads and other stakeholders to prepare detailed budgets and forecasts as well as monitoring of the performance against budgets. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Analyze variances against budgets and key performance indicators (KPI). Provide actionable insights based on reports.
- Act as the finance business partner to Product, Engineering, Commercials, Operations and other relevant teams for evaluation and analysis of new products, markets and initiatives requiring allocation of financial resources. Support decision-making through scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling.
- Work with business units in building robust, up-to-date and flexible performance dashboards that’ll show the Company’s attainment of business goals and its efficiency.
- Prepare and update business presentations for internal and external use.
- Work closely with the controllership and treasury groups in periodic reporting and process improvement and optimization projects.
- Responsible for pricing analysis. Recommends pricing strategy to Commercial group. Ensures profitability across all product offerings
- Assist the Deputy CFO in investor relations works and corporate development as well as on special projects and strategic initiatives–M&A, fund-raising, key partnerships, etc.
